Refund policy

Due to the complication of international returning shipping and duty issues, unfortunately, we couldn't accept any returns.

Damages and issues

Please reject the package if it arrives damaged/opened, and inform us right away.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 



Refunds

If the order is already sent out and not received yet when the refund is required, the shipping fee shall not be returned.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
