Every wheel is produced in a different process and environment, which leads to a different spacer space in each hub. If you want your wheels and bearings work perfectly well, you need a accurate spacer for each wheel.
And to find out the right size for your wheels, you will need our spacermeter.
This SpacerMeter is used for measuring the precise length of the spacer that each wheel suits, which could help to get the best spin. The new 2.0 version is a lot smaller than the old one, and also with a new chip which offers memory for zeroing.
How to measure the perfect length of each wheel:
-Place the disk under the meter, press and set the display readout to zero.
- Press a bearing into the hub, and put the meter into another side, press it till the readout is stable. Don't touch the bearing during the measuring.
- Choose spacers of proper lengths for your wheels. It's suggested to add 0.02~0.03mm to the readout.
- Use torque wrench with proper torque to fix the axles.
