Which model of frames suits me best?

- For rockered frames we have Sago series, please check the details here

-If you are more into flat frames with more stability and speed, check our Lino frames.

How do I tell which system is my boot using(UFS or Hilow)?

-Please check the mounting surface of your frames, or bottom of your boots. If the front and rear mounting is at the same horizontal level, it's UFS; If the rear is higher(mostly 11mm higher, some cases 10mm), it's hilow system. There maybe some cases that are difficult to tell, then don't hesitate to contact us. We will help you out!

From where are the products shipped?

- At the moment almost all the products will be shipped from China as they were produced there, and our warehouses are also in China.  

How long and how much does the shipping take?

- Usually the package arrives in 2 weeks, sometimes even one week if it goes well.

You could check the shipping fee after you put in your address info at the Checkout. We have different options for shipping - Expresses, tax included service(it takes a bit longer), etc. We offer reduced shipping fee to most area, and some shipping free offers if you purchase up to some certain amount. Don't miss it!

How much does the importing tax cost for me?

- Every country has a different rate. Usually we will try to help to reduce this, but if you are from Europe, some Asian countries or North America, you have a "tax included" shipping option in our system, with which the clearance of customs will be done with the shipping company. We could recommend you to use this.

What if I need more products that are not shown in your online shop?

- We do have more products but they are not online yet due to our limited time. But we will try to display more. Just feel free to ask if you need anything. :P

I got some problem at the checkout/ payment. What could I do?
