-Decide which strength (3N, 4N, or 5N) to use, the rotate the bar till the scale
-Apply the same strength on each axle of the same skates
Tip: How to decide which torque to use?
- For light-weight skaters / long-distance / road trips, use 3N
- For mid-distance trips or street skating, use 4N
- For sprint races or bigger skaters, use 5N
